Resources: Happiness Checklist

Welcome to the resources page for The Happiness Checklist.

Summary and Action Map

mapsTo gain the most from The Happiness Checklist, I recommend downloading 2 mind maps using the links below.

Summary of The Happiness Checklist. There are separate sheets within the file for the chapters of the book. I recommend looking at the mindmaps at the end of each chapter to reinforce your learning AND to make your own notes. Perhaps you could create a new sheet in the file to capture your insights.

Action Map Base to help you to convert your insights into actions. An action map is a mind map but each branch defines actions rather than simply topics. Achieving maximum sustainable happiness means taking action; this action map provides a structure and prompts to get you started.

The maps are in Xmind format. Xmind is multi-award winning software and,  if you don’t already have a copy, you can download a free version here. This isn’t simply a trial version – it is free forever and has lots of features. Upgrading to the Pro version brings additional features including the option to add specific times to your proposed actions and produce Gantt charts.
